Each Claude session gets its own role and its own connection, so it knows what it owns and what it doesn't.

One shared record

Every session reads and writes the same record of documents and decisions. Context carries over between sessions and between days.

Each document has one owner. Sessions can read everything but only change what they own, so they don't overwrite each other's work.

A full history

Every change is recorded, and past entries can't be edited, so you can always see who did what and when.

How it works

  1. Download and unzip the kit. Everything is in one folder, with a step-by-step guide.
  2. Install it on your own Cloudflare account with one command. A free Cloudflare account is enough for the main setup.
  3. Connect each role in Claude. Each role gets its own connector address, added to your Claude account.
  4. Get to work. Included skills help each session open by reading the record and close by writing back what it did.

Your data stays in your Cloudflare account. We don't have access to it and don't collect it.
